Questions?

We’ve got answers.

Do you offer bulk corporate gift orders?

Yes, we do. We fulfill orders of all sizes, from nationwide company gifting to extra-special, one-of-a-kind gifts for your most important people. Email [email protected] or request a quote.

Can I add a logo, custom messaging or branding?

Yes. We offer a variety of custom options for your logo, message and branding, so every gift feels made for you. Email [email protected] or request a quote to finalize the details.

How early should I place my order?

Timing depends on the size and details of your order. We recommend ordering as early as possible; some orders need up to two weeks before they’re ready to ship. Working to a shorter timeline? Just ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I mix Christmas and everyday products?

Absolutely! Many of our clients combine seasonal selections with year-round favourites, such as our chocolate bars, Kettle Collection and Rocky Reserve Gift Boxes. With plenty of options to choose from, we can create a gift that feels completely customized to you.

Can you work within a specific budget?

That’s exactly how we love to work. Tell us your budget per gift, and we’ll curate options that make the most of it, both at and just below your target.

Can gifts be shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of names and addresses (use our template) and we’ll address, pack and ship each gift with your card inside.

Handmade by us. Made yours.
